This Refund Policy explains how FriendsMap handles refund requests for any paid features, subscriptions, or tickets purchased through the platform.
FriendsMap is free to download. There is no charge for downloading the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
If you made a purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google respectively, as they process and manage these payments. FriendsMap does not have access to App Store or Play Store transactions.
Refund eligibility for event tickets depends on the policy set by the event organizer. When purchasing a ticket through FriendsMap:
Enterprise account subscriptions are governed by the specific agreement entered into between FriendsMap and the enterprise customer. Refund terms for enterprise accounts are outlined in those agreements. Please contact us at contact@friendsmap.me for enterprise billing inquiries.
If a paid feature is unavailable for an extended period due to a service disruption caused by FriendsMap, we may offer a pro-rated credit or refund at our discretion. Service disruptions caused by third-party providers (e.g., Firebase outages, carrier issues) are not grounds for refunds.
If you believe you have been charged fraudulently or in error, contact us immediately at contact@friendsmap.me. We will investigate and take corrective action as appropriate.
To request a refund for a FriendsMap-processed payment:
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
